Rules and Regulations

As Southwater Trampoling is constantly expanding and more children are attending we have decided to put together a list of Rules of Trampoling which must be followed at all times.

  • Socks/trampoline shoes must be worn at all times

  • Absolutely No jewellery

  • Hair must be tied back and/or clipped back

  • No messing around

  • Only one child on each trampoline at any one time

  • Always inform the coach of any medical conditions/medication/illness accidents and injuries

  • Pay attention when spotting

  • Use the trampoline only when the coach is present and has given permission

  • Wear sports/comfortable/stretchy clothing

  • No jeans, belts, buttons, buckles

  • Do not go under any part of the trampoline

  • All belongings (including mobile phones, which should be turned OFF) must be put at the side away from the trampoline

If your child arrives at a session without any socks on, or hair tied back, then unfortunately they will not be able to participate and you will be contacted.

It has come to our attention that when parents arrive in the hall towards the end of the session, the children tend to look around and sometimes try to "show off". This could potentially cause accidents. With this in mind, we have now decided that parents must not come into the hall until the class has officially finished. If you need to have a word with the coach, please do so before the class starts or at the end, when they will be more than willing to help you.

If you have any questions, please speak to any of the coaches
