  7. Back somersault to back tucked

  8. Crash dive, bounce roll, ½ twist to feet

  9. ¾ back somersault straight, through straight to back landing

Optional (4)

  3. Twisting dorsal raises 30 continuous

  4. Twisting crunches 30 continuous

  5. Hold sitting pike shape for 10 seconds touching toes

  6. Hand stand

  7. Double leg squats 10

On Bed

  1. 20 consecutive pike, tucks, straddles

  2. 10 consecutive cat twists or cradles

  3. 10 consecutive back bounces piked

Routine

  1. Back somersault straight

  7. Tuck back to seat
